Analyse
Turns every conversation into data: what gets asked, what is lost, what improves.
Nothing is known about the phone
Everything about the counter and the website is measured. About the channel half the business comes through, not one figure.
Nobody knows how many calls came in yesterday, how many went unanswered or what was being asked in them. What there is are impressions: that Mondays are chaos, that a lot of people ask about parking. Without numbers you cannot decide whether another person is needed mid-morning, nor find out which question repeats so often that it should be answered on the website.
It turns conversations into data
It is not a recorder: every call leaves a record of what it was about and how it ended, and that can already be added up.
- It records how many calls come in, when and through which channel.
- It classifies each conversation by reason, using your categories.
- It keeps the transcript, for when you have to see exactly what was said.
- It marks what was resolved and what ended up with a person.
- It shows the real peak hours, not the assumed ones.
- It pulls out the questions that repeat most, in order.
Almost nothing, and that is the point
Analyse asks for no integrations: it measures what is already happening. The only decision is how you want to look at it.
| What it needs | |
|---|---|
| The calls | That they go through heydiga: what it answers is what it can measure. |
| The categories | How you group reasons, if you already have a way of counting them. |
| Who looks | Who reviews the numbers and how often: weekly is usually enough. |
| The destination | Whether the data stays in the dashboard or goes where you already look at everything else. |
What gets seen for the first time
Analyse does not close a call or resolve one: what it gives you is the information behind next month's decisions.
- The real volume: how many calls, at what times, on what days.
- The reason for each one, and which weighs more than it seemed.
- What was resolved on the phone and what needed a person.
- The questions that repeat, which are the ones missing from your website.
- The history, which is what turns a bad day into either a trend or an ordinary Monday.
Wherever a number is needed
Analyse is the skill that resolves nothing and holds up everything else: without it there is no way to know whether the rest is working.
In these sectors
Answers while the team works and leaves the salon's calendar ready for tomorrow.
Takes ten calls at once at peak time and seats the bookings without pulling anyone off the floor.
Books workshop appointments, reports on the car and never lets a sales lead slip away.
Fills the calendar, cuts no-shows and treats every piece of data with the care it demands.
Answers the enquirer when they call, qualifies them and books the viewing before they call somebody else.
Where the limits are
We say it here so nobody discovers it in a demo. Analyse measures; deciding what to do about it is still yours.
- It does not measure what does not go through heydiga. A call to an employee's mobile does not count.
- It is not a business dashboard. It talks about the phone, not about your sales.
- It decides nothing. It shows the pattern; the extra shift is yours to add.
- It does not invent the earlier history. The data starts the day it starts.
- It does not assess your team. It measures conversations, not people.
What everybody asks
The five doubts of anyone who has never had a single figure about their own phone.
Try it for a week
In seven days you can already see when the phone rings and what gets asked on it.
It never comes alone
Analyse measures what the others do, which is why it only makes sense with one of them in front. These are the other eight.
Handles the questions the business always gets, without slipping up or making things up.
Checks real gaps, gives the appointment, moves it and cancels it. All by voice.
Collects and qualifies the caller's details, and leaves them where the team works.
When it does not know, it says so and passes the call to a person.
Takes the whole problem down from the first contact, and leaves it ready to fix.
Sends the menu, the quote or whichever document is needed during the conversation.
Recognises the caller and pulls up their history before saying anything.
Automates the business's own workflow, the one that fits into no box.
