Sends the menu, the quote or whichever document is needed during the conversation.

Explaining down the phone what fits in a PDF

The address, the menu, the price list, everything you need to bring. Dictated over the phone, letter by letter, twenty times a day.

Some information is not understood when it is told: it is understood when it is read. And it still gets dictated over the phone, with the customer writing it on a piece of paper they will lose. When somebody promises to send it later, that later arrives late or never, because whoever promised it was serving someone else. The conversation ends well and the customer is left without what they needed.

It sends it while it talks

It is not an automatic email afterwards: it is the document on the customer's phone before they hang up.

  • It sends the document during the conversation, not once it is over.
  • It picks which one to send based on what is being discussed.
  • It sends links just as it sends files: location, form or menu.
  • It sends it on WhatsApp, to the number they are calling from.
  • It checks that it went out and says so out loud.
  • It records what was sent and to whom.

The documents, and when each one goes

Nothing has to be created: these are the files you already send by hand. All that is needed is when each one goes out.

What it needs
The filesThe menu, the price list, the form or the link you already send every day.
The rulesWhich document belongs to which kind of enquiry.
The channelThe business's WhatsApp, which is where it arrives and gets read.
The upkeepWho updates the menu or the price list when the prices change.

The customer hangs up with the document

The difference between promising to send it and having sent it shows up in the next call, which does not happen.

  • The document delivered, on the phone and before hanging up.
  • The right version, today's and not last year's.
  • A shorter call: it gets sent instead of dictated.
  • The delivery confirmed, said in the conversation itself.
  • A record of what gets asked for most, which tells you what is missing from your website.

Wherever there is something to show

Share is hardly ever the reason for the call: it is what finishes it off.

It sends the confirmation with the address and what to bring.
When the answer is a document, it sends it instead of reading it out.
It sends on WhatsApp what has just been discussed on the phone.
It resends the invoice, the warranty or the report without looking for anyone.

Where the limits are

We say it here so nobody discovers it in a demo. Share sends what you have given it, and only that.

  • It does not create documents. It sends yours; it does not draft a new quote.
  • It does not keep them up to date. If the menu changes, the new one has to be uploaded.
  • It does not send sensitive data to just anyone. A record or an invoice requires identifying the caller first.
  • It does not guarantee it gets read. It delivers and confirms; opening it is up to the customer.
  • It does not replace your website. It sends a link or a file, not a new page.

What everybody asks

The five doubts of anyone who spends the day dictating the same thing.

Try it with your menu

Upload it once and on the next call it sends it for you.
