Best AI receptionist for real estate agencies: 7 options

There is no single AI receptionist that is best for every real estate agency: it depends on whether you want to answer the calls that come in or call the portal lead yourself. To answer and leave the viewing in your calendar, look at heydiga, Contéstalo or fonio; to call the portal lead, look at NovaChat IA, which includes those calls in its Pro plan, or fonio, which offers them at carrier cost. This guide is published by heydiga, which is one of the seven options.

  • Seven options, read on their own websites on 3 November 2026, against the same criteria.
  • Prices are in euros, with or without VAT as each page states it. Two don't say, and one doesn't publish a price.
  • Every option has its drawback, heydiga included.
  • First decide whether you need to call the lead; then compare prices.

What criteria are they compared on?

Five criteria, chosen for what they change in an agency's day-to-day work.

  1. Channels. Whether it answers only the phone or WhatsApp as well.
  2. Portfolio, CRM and viewings. Whether it checks the property record, writes the lead into your CRM and leaves the viewing in the agent's calendar.
  3. Outbound calls. Whether its page says it calls the lead who comes in from a portal or a form, or only handles incoming calls.
  4. Published price. What it costs per month in euros, with minutes, setup and terms. If the price isn't published, we say so.
  5. When it can't resolve something. Whether it transfers the call to a person or leaves a notification. We describe only what each page says; where a page is silent, we point it out.

There is no score or ranking: the order of importance depends on your agency. The options are listed alphabetically.

Which AI receptionists do AI answers cite for real estate agencies?

We include product pages with 7 or more citations between 20 October and 3 November 2026 and a Spanish-language page for real estate agencies that can be read today. Omnia is the tool heydiga uses to measure which pages AI tools cite. Over that period it recorded 517 citations across 119 pages for the question “Which is the best AI virtual receptionist for a real estate agency?”.

The most cited page (118 citations) is a comparison on NovaChat IA's blog; NovaChat IA publishes it and says so. Next come a CloudTalk blog post (31 citations) and an article by a CRM vendor (25). Among product pages, Contéstalo totals 40 citations spread across three pages, fonio 13 on its real estate page, AtiendeConIA 11, Asístelo 9 and Recepción24 7. NovaChat IA's product page is not among the most cited: it gets in through its comparison. heydiga's pages are not among those cited.

Two product pages with 7 or more citations are left out: Kontaktu AI (11 citations), because its page showed only a title on 3 November, and Jenny (10), because its page is in English with no Spanish version. Third-party comparisons and blogs are not included either, as they are not products.

What does each one offer, and what is its drawback?

This is what each one says about itself, in short.

Asístelo

It is an AI virtual receptionist for real estate agencies. It answers calls at night and at weekends, qualifies the search (buying or renting, area, budget) and books the viewing. It also books valuation meetings when you are taking on new properties.

  • When it can't resolve something: it transfers the call to a person “with the context already collected”.
  • Outbound calls: its page doesn't describe them, apart from the demo call in which the AI calls you.
  • Price: it doesn't publish prices; it says its paid plans are “being launched”. It does state “excl. VAT, no lock-in” and offers a free test call, with no card required.
  • Drawback: without a price you can't compare costs. Its page only describes phone calls and doesn't name any specific CRM or calendar.

AtiendeConIA

It is a voice agent called LucIA, from Optimize AI, that answers your agency's calls 24/7. It collects the property, budget and availability, and sends you an email with the transcript and a summary. It says it works with Idealista and Fotocasa and can book viewings in Google Calendar. You can forward your existing number to it.

  • When it can't resolve something: its page doesn't say.
  • Price: Starter €297/month with 500 minutes; Growth €497 with 1,000; Pro €897 with 2,000. Each extra minute costs €0.25. No lock-in. The page doesn't state VAT or any setup fee.
  • Drawback: it only answers the phone; WhatsApp appears as a way to contact the company, not as a channel for the agent. It doesn't mention a CRM.

Contéstalo

It is an AI receptionist for real estate agencies only. It replies on WhatsApp, with text and voice notes, and answers by phone the calls your team can't pick up, using conditional call forwarding. It searches your Resales Online catalogue, logs every lead in its CRM and suggests viewing slots to suit your agents.

  • When it can't resolve something: on the Pro and Premium plans, once the minutes run out, calls go through to the office. The page doesn't describe a live transfer.
  • Price: Esencial €149/month with WhatsApp; Pro €349/month with 600 voice minutes; Premium €599/month with 1,500 minutes. No lock-in, VAT not included.
  • Drawback: the connection it details is with Resales Online. If your portfolio sits in another system, ask whether it is covered.

fonio

It answers calls from buyers, tenants and owners straight away. It recognises the property from its reference or address, asks the questions you set up and suggests slots in your agents' calendar. It connects to your real estate CRM and states that its servers are in the EU.

  • When it can't resolve something: its real estate page doesn't describe a transfer to a person.
  • Outbound calls: it offers them at carrier cost; its table doesn't make clear on which plan. Each outbound call takes one minute off the allowance.
  • Price: Solo, €99/month billed annually or €119 billed monthly, with 1,000 minutes. Team, €299 billed annually or €359 monthly, with 3,600 minutes and 3 simultaneous calls. Scale, from €539 billed annually. Net prices, excl. VAT.
  • Drawbacks: the Solo plan doesn't take simultaneous calls, which matters in an hour when the phone keeps ringing. WhatsApp is a separate product, from €79/month billed monthly.

heydiga (digaliving)

The digaliving AI receptionist answers your agency's calls and WhatsApp in a natural voice, 24/7. It identifies the listing from its reference, looks up the record in your portfolio, asks about budget, area and timing, and books the viewing with the agent handling the property. The lead is written into your CRM with the transcript and a summary.

  • When it can't resolve something: it doesn't improvise. If something falls outside the information it has, it says so and transfers the call to the team or takes a message. It transfers the call as soon as the caller asks.
  • Price: Diga Lite €49/month with 200 minutes; Diga Start €99 with 500; Diga Growth €169 with 900; Diga Pro €279 from 1,500. Excl. VAT, no lock-in.
  • Outbound calls: the FAQ says heydiga calls to confirm appointments, win back inactive customers and follow up, and that those minutes count the same as those of incoming calls. The Idealista, Fotocasa and Inmovilla pages don't describe it calling the lead when an enquiry comes in. The pricing page mentions outbound calling at scale only for custom projects.
  • Drawbacks: nothing shows that it calls a lead who comes in from a portal. Conversational WhatsApp is an add-on at €39/month. The pricing table doesn't state the cost of an extra minute. And Resales Online is not among its 28 integrations.

NovaChat IA

It takes in enquiries from portals such as Idealista and Fotocasa, from ads and from the website, and works by voice, forms or WhatsApp. It qualifies leads by area, property type, budget and timing, and anything missing is left as pending. On the Pro plan it calls the lead; its website promises to do so in under 60 seconds, a figure of its own with no verifiable measurement behind it.

  • When it can't resolve something: it talks about handing over to a person and doesn't describe a live transfer.
  • Price: the Esencial plan starts at €250/month plus setup from €2,500 (up to about €5,000). Telephony is extra. The page doesn't say whether the prices include VAT.
  • Drawback: it is the most expensive to get started, and its price depends on a proposal. Outbound calls are not part of Esencial.

Recepción24

It is an AI receptionist, not a person, that answers by phone and WhatsApp. For real estate agencies it captures the leads from listings, qualifies whether they want to buy, sell or rent, and books and confirms viewings with a reminder.

  • When it can't resolve something: if the caller wants to speak to a person, the call is transferred to whoever you choose, or it alerts you straight away.
  • Price: €99/month plus VAT with 300 minutes; each extra minute costs €0.12 plus VAT. WhatsApp messages from a new number are included; using your usual number costs €49 plus VAT a month. No sign-up fee, no lock-in and 14 days free, with up to 30 minutes of calls.
  • Drawback: its page doesn't name any CRM or calendar. Integration with your software comes with a custom plan that has no published price.

Which one suits your agency?

It depends on what you want the call to do and where your portfolio lives.

If what you need is…Look first at
For the call about a listing to end in a viewing written into the CRM you already use (Inmovilla, Witei…)heydiga; ask for the trial with your system and confirm the plan

To call the lead who comes in from a portal or a form yourselfNovaChat IA (Pro) or fonio (at carrier cost; its table doesn't make clear on which plan); ask in writing which event starts the clock
Several simultaneous calls, as publishedfonio Team (3 at once) or heydiga (5 at once from Diga Lite)
To try it without payingRecepción24 (14 days), Asístelo (a test call) or Diga Lite (“Start free”)

How do you test one before signing up?

With a test property and the same case for each option. Record how each call ends: completed, pending confirmation, passed to the team or unavailable.

CaseWhat should happen
Someone calls about a listing out of hoursIt identifies the right reference
They ask about price, availability and a viewingIt checks the current property record and the agent's calendar
They give their budget, area and timingThese end up in readable CRM fields, with the listing they came from
The calendar or the CRM doesn't respondThe action is left pending and a person is alerted; it doesn't say the viewing is confirmed
They ask to speak to a personThe call is transferred and what was collected comes through with it

If your agency has peaks, also test two calls at the same time.

Where heydiga fits

It fits if the call about a listing should end in a viewing booked into the agent's calendar and you want the lead written into your CRM. The digaliving AI receptionist works with Idealista, Fotocasa and Inmovilla.

Nothing to install, no change of software and no change to your number: you forward the phone number on the listing and heydiga starts answering. Those pages don't say which plan includes the connection to your CRM: check the plans and pricing or ask during the demo. If you need to call portal leads, use the table above.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best AI receptionist for a real estate agency?

It depends on what you want the call to do. If it should end in a viewing written into your CRM, choose one that reads your portfolio and books into the agent's calendar. If you want to call the lead yourself, choose one that publishes outbound calls. Compare prices once you know this.

Does the AI receptionist call leads who come in from Idealista?

It depends on the option. NovaChat IA includes it in its Pro plan. fonio offers outbound calls at carrier cost, and its table doesn't make clear on which plan; each outbound call takes one minute off the allowance. heydiga describes outbound calls for confirming, winning back and following up, but its portal pages don't say it calls the lead who comes in. The pages of Contéstalo, AtiendeConIA, Asístelo and Recepción24 don't describe them.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No, with heydiga, Contéstalo and AtiendeConIA. heydiga works with the listing's phone number forwarded, Contéstalo with conditional forwarding of the calls your team doesn't pick up, and AtiendeConIA lets you forward your existing number. With the others, ask before signing up.

How much does an AI receptionist for a real estate agency cost?

With a published price and voice, entry plans range from €49 a month (Diga Lite) to €349 (Contéstalo's voice plan). NovaChat IA adds setup from €2,500, and Asístelo doesn't publish a price. Always check the minutes and whether the price includes VAT.

Can callers tell it's an AI?

The caller should know. heydiga's AI receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start and transfers the call to a person as soon as it is asked to. For the others, ask during the demo.
