AI receptionist for garages and car dealerships: 6 options in Spain
Choose the AI receptionist that answers by voice and writes into the software you already use, such as Quiter or TallerGP. We compare six options for garages and car dealerships in Spain. On the pages we read, only heydiga names Quiter and TallerGP.

heydiga publishes this article and is one of the six: you'll find its limits below, just like everyone else's.
- Look at which management software each website names, not just at what it promises.
- Four of the six detail how they handle phone calls. Orbi and Cafler mainly detail WhatsApp.
- Four publish a price. The other two don't.
- A diagnosis is for the garage to assess, not the AI receptionist.
What criteria were they compared on?
Five: the ones that matter when the phone rings and you're up to your elbows in a car.
- Channel. Whether it answers calls, WhatsApp or both.
- Management software. Which garage or dealership software its own website names.
- Booking into a real slot. Whether it gives a time based on the garage's workload or just takes a message.
- Published price. With its terms: excluding VAT, set-up fee, lock-in.
- Limits. What the company itself says it doesn't do.
All the data comes from each company's own page, read on 29 October 2026. We haven't tested the other five: we don't know how they sound or how they work in a real garage. We chose the ones that AI assistants cite in Spain when asked about garages and dealerships, and left out the US tools that were on the previous list. The order is not a score: it groups the options by type of case.
Which AI receptionists are there for garages and car dealerships in Spain?
Six, with very different profiles. Three are phone-first, one is the garage software itself and two mainly detail WhatsApp.
| Option | Channel | Software its website names | Published price | Main drawback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| heydiga (digamotor) | Voice and WhatsApp. WhatsApp conversations are an add-on at +€39/month | Quiter, TallerGP, HubSpot and “any tool” via API | Diga Start: €99/month excl. VAT, 500 minutes. No lock-in | The extra minute has no published rate |
| Atiend | Voice. WhatsApp to confirm the appointment | GTWeb, Tallerator and “other garage CRMs” | Plan Talleres: €199/month. Installation: €250 | The same page shows €199 and €300 a month |
| Autix | Voice and WhatsApp, inside its own software | It is the software: DGT, N4Parts, Partslink24 and others | No price. Annual contract and a quote after the demo | You have to change software. Its page doesn't mention dealerships |
| Orbi (DGTALIT) | WhatsApp. Its page doesn't mention calls | None named | Orbi Start: €100/month and a €350 set-up fee, excl. VAT | Its page doesn't mention calls |
| Cafler | WhatsApp. A banner says “by WhatsApp and voice” | Doesn't detail any garage software | No published rates | Voice isn't detailed |
| SMS.es | Voice | “Automotive DMS / CRM”, without names | From €149/month with up to 300 minutes. Set-up: €199 | The connection is validated case by case |
Which one fits your case?
It depends on your channel and your software. Here is each one, with what it does and what it doesn't.
heydiga (digamotor)
For multi-brand garages and dealerships that want voice, WhatsApp and the software they already have.
digamotor's AI receptionist answers calls and WhatsApp, books appointments based on the garage's workload and leaves the lead in the CRM. At a dealership, it keeps sales leads apart from service appointments. If the customer asks, it passes the call to a person.
The drawback. Integration with the sector's software starts at Diga Start. WhatsApp conversations cost €39/month extra on any plan. It refers diagnoses to the garage. And the pricing page doesn't give the rate for an extra minute: ask about it before you sign up.
Atiend
For a small garage that wants voice and a clear monthly price.
It answers calls, picks out urgent breakdowns and passes them on to the team, and sends the appointment confirmation by WhatsApp. That confirmation isn't a WhatsApp conversation like heydiga's. It names GTWeb and Tallerator.
The drawback. Its garages page shows €199/month in one section and a €300 monthly fee in another, without explaining the difference. Its home page doesn't say which company runs it, and doesn't mention dealerships.
Autix
For the garage that is already thinking of changing its management software.
It is cloud-based garage software with a voice agent and a WhatsApp agent included. The agent confirms who is calling before giving a vehicle's status and offers appointments from the real calendar.
The drawback. It isn't an add-on to your software: it is a different piece of software. It doesn't publish a price, the contract is annual, and voice and WhatsApp are billed separately, with accounts in the garage's name. The page doesn't mention dealerships.
Orbi, by DGTALIT
For anyone who just wants to get the garage's WhatsApp in order.
It books appointments for a service or the ITV (Spain's MOT), gives updates on the vehicle's status and lets the customer know when it's ready. It works on the WhatsApp number you already use, with no change of management software. Orbi Plus costs €150/month with a €600 set-up fee, excl. VAT. No lock-in.
The drawback. Its page doesn't mention calls. And it doesn't name any management software.
Cafler
For a garage that wants a WhatsApp assistant focused on after-sales.
It books appointments, gives information about services and quotes for tyres over WhatsApp.
The drawback. It doesn't publish its rates. Its page doesn't detail any garage or dealership software, and voice only appears in a banner: “by WhatsApp and voice”.
SMS.es
For a dealership group that wants a tailor-made voice receptionist.
It takes down what the customer is interested in and their vehicle, books test drives or valuations when the system allows it, and passes anything that calls for negotiation to a salesperson.
The drawback. The entry plan costs €149/month with up to 300 minutes, plus €199 for set-up, and the page doesn't say whether that includes VAT. Its dealerships page says the price depends on the scope. The connection with the DMS is validated case by case, with no names given. Its page says it doesn't close sales or give financing terms over the phone.
Does it work with Quiter, TallerGP or other software?
With heydiga, yes: it has an integration page for each one. With the others, we don't know: they don't name them.
Quiter is software for the automotive sector that includes a DMS (dealer management system). TallerGP is cloud-based garage management software. Neither advertises an AI call assistant on its home page, so the receptionist is a separate tool.
| Software | Who names it on their website |
|---|---|
| Quiter | heydiga |
| TallerGP | heydiga |
| GTWeb and Tallerator | Atiend |
| An unnamed DMS or CRM | SMS.es, Atiend and heydiga (“any tool”, via API) |
| None: it is the software | Autix |
| None named | Orbi and Cafler |
What does it read and write in your software?
This is what heydiga publishes about each connection. The other five don't give the equivalent detail on the pages we read.
| Reads | Writes | |
|---|---|---|
| Quiter | Garage workload by day and section, open jobs, vehicle history, customer record | Appointments in the right slot and section, changes and cancellations, reason, symptom, mileage and notes from the call |
| TallerGP | Free hours in the diary, status and delivery date of each job, vehicle record with the next ITV | Appointments with a reserved block, changes and cancellations, reason and symptom, new customer and vehicle records |
An example. A customer calls because the car makes a noise when braking. They give their registration number, the AI receptionist sees the first free slot in your software and gives them a time. The appointment is written down with the symptom. If the fault is urgent, the call goes to the garage following the protocol you set.

Which calls should it pass to a person?
The ones that need judgement. According to its website, heydiga passes complaints, technical cases and negotiations to a person.
- Diagnoses. It gives standard prices and lead times, such as for an oil change. For a specific fault, it books a visit or takes a message.
- Repair status. Only if it is connected to your software. If the information isn't there, it says so and passes the call on instead of making it up.
- Urgent breakdowns. They follow your garage's protocol: a call to the team or an appointment for the next day.

How much does it cost?
From €99 a month excl. VAT with heydiga if you want the integration with your software. The prices can't be compared at a glance: each company charges for different things.
- heydiga. Diga Lite, €49/month with 200 minutes, doesn't include integration with the sector's software. Diga Start, €99/month with 500 minutes, does. Prices excl. VAT and with no lock-in. WhatsApp conversations are a €39/month add-on on each plan: 200 on Lite, 500 on Start. The digamotor page shows Diga Pro from €279/month.
- Atiend. €199/month on the Plan Talleres, with 50% off the first two months (€99.50), plus €250 for installation. A 14-day trial and no lock-in. Its page doesn't say whether the prices include VAT, and it advertises “no cost per additional minute”.
- Orbi. €100/month plus a €350 set-up fee (Start) or €150/month plus €600 (Plus), excl. VAT. No lock-in: you cancel with 15 days' notice.
- SMS.es. AI Receptionist Essential, €149/month with up to 300 minutes; Business, €299/month with up to 1,500 minutes; Enterprise, from €699/month. An initial set-up fee of €199. Its page doesn't say whether the prices include VAT.
- Autix and Cafler. They don't publish a price: ask for one.
How do you test it before you sign up?
With your real software and made-up data, running the same test on each option. Note how each case ends: completed, pending confirmation, passed to the garage or not available.
| Case | What should happen |
|---|---|
| A service appointment for a specific car | It books it into a slot that fits the real length of the job |
| A customer who gives their registration number | It finds their record without making them repeat their details |
| A question about the status of the repair | It gives it if it's in the software; if not, it says so and passes the call on |
| An urgent breakdown | It follows your protocol |
| A slot that has just been taken through another channel | It doesn't offer it |
| A test drive, at a dealership | It books it with the salesperson and leaves the lead in the CRM |
| The software doesn't respond | The appointment is left pending and it alerts a person |
One rule for any option, heydiga included: if the software doesn't respond, the appointment can't be treated as booked.
Where heydiga fits
digamotor is heydiga's AI receptionist for the automotive sector. It answers calls and WhatsApp in a natural voice and works 24/7. It connects to Quiter and TallerGP, and to HubSpot.

- For a garage, see multi-brand garages: appointments, list-price quotes and job status on the same number.
- For a dealership, see official dealerships: it separates sales from after-sales, books test drives and leaves the lead in your CRM.
Nothing to install, no change of software and no change of number. Quiter and TallerGP take fifteen minutes and a permission you can withdraw. Both integration pages are heydiga's own: we haven't tested the connection in your garage.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my garage software?
Not with heydiga or with Orbi. The business keeps its number and its management software. With Autix, yes: it is garage software and the receptionist sits inside it.
Will it work for a dealership?
Yes, with heydiga: it keeps sales leads apart from service appointments and books test drives around the salespeople's diaries. Quiter is the DMS connection it names. The page says it connects to other tools via API, without naming them. If you use another DMS, ask about yours first.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. heydiga introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start, as Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (opens in a new tab) requires. Autix says the same about its agent. We don't know about the others.
Can it give a quote over the phone?
Only a list-price one. heydiga gives prices and lead times for fixed-price services and refers diagnosis to the garage. Orbi does the same: it gives indicative prices and assesses the fault at the garage.
Which is the cheapest?
Among those with a published price, it depends on what you need. For WhatsApp, Diga Lite plus the WhatsApp add-on comes to €88/month excl. VAT, with no published set-up fee. Orbi Start costs €100/month plus a €350 set-up fee. It isn't an exact comparison: Orbi includes unlimited messages, and heydiga's add-on 200 conversations on Lite. With your software connected, Diga Start comes to €138/month with WhatsApp. SMS.es starts at €149/month plus €199 for set-up. Autix and Cafler don't publish a price.
