From calls to knowledge: how heydiga was born and how it works
heydiga is an AI receptionist that answers your business's calls and WhatsApp in a natural voice, books into your calendar and works 24/7. It was born of one question: why are there still phones that nobody can pick up? Today it has five products, one per sector, for beauty, hospitality, automotive, health and property.

- It answers when the team is busy or the business is closed.
- It connects to the calendar and the software you already use, without changing your number.
- Every call leaves its transcript, the reason for the contact and what was resolved.
- Anything that needs judgement goes to a person on the team.

How was heydiga born?
From a simple question: why are there still phones that nobody can pick up?
When someone is serving a customer and another phone rings, customers are lost both inside the business and outside it. Whoever is with a customer in the chair, at the table or under a car cannot answer. And whoever is calling does not wait.

The first voice agent was tried out in a real business, and it worked: the next day, the customer did not want to switch it off. The launch came in October 2025, three months after work began. Since then call volume has multiplied, and today heydiga works with businesses in Spain, France and Italy.
What is heydiga and what does it do?
It is an AI receptionist for businesses that live on talking to their customers.
When someone calls or writes on WhatsApp, the AI receptionist answers, understands what the person wants and resolves it:
- It books, changes or cancels the appointment in your calendar, only in slots that are really free.
- It answers the usual questions: opening hours, prices, what each service includes.
- It passes the call to a person on the team if it does not know something. It also does so if the customer asks.
heydiga does not improvise: it never makes up a price, opening hours or an appointment. And it introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start. Phone and WhatsApp use the same assistant and the same information, so appointments are not duplicated across channels.
How is it set up?
In three steps, with nothing to install and no change of number.
- You explain how your business works. Services, prices, opening hours and who does what.
- heydiga connects your calendar. The one you already use, or it gives you one if you have none.
- You divert your phone. From then on, heydiga answers.
An example, made up to illustrate the process. A hair salon explains which services it offers and how long each one takes. It says which stylist does colour and which one only cuts. It connects its calendar and diverts its phone. The team carries on with the client in the chair, and the calls get answered.

How does it work inside?
The logic is short: it understands, it acts and it keeps a record.
When a call or a message comes in, the AI receptionist works out what the person wants. Booking a table for tonight is not the same as moving the date of a check-up. Then it checks your calendar, offers only what is free and confirms what it has done.
The last step is the one that is usually missing: keeping a record. Every call stays in the dashboard with its transcript, the reason for the contact and what was resolved. The next day, the business can see there everything that came in.
That is where the “knowledge” comes from. heydiga turns every conversation into data: what gets asked, what gets lost, what gets better. And instead of going on impressions (“lots of people have been calling about…”), the team starts the day with a summary of what came in.
What products does heydiga have for each sector?
Five, one per sector. In all of them, the AI receptionist answers calls and WhatsApp and books into your calendar. What changes are the rules and the software of each business.
| Product | Sector | Software it connects to |
|---|---|---|
| digalook | Beauty and wellness | Treatwell, Booksy, Koibox |
| digafood | Hospitality and restaurants | CoverManager, TheFork, Restoo |
| digamotor | Automotive and garages | Quiter, TallerGP, HubSpot |
| digaclinic | Health and wellness | Doctoralia, Clinic Cloud, Google Calendar |
| digaliving | Homes and property | Idealista, Fotocasa |
Each product, in a line.
digalook: for beauty and wellness
In a hair salon, calls come in halfway through a colour. digalook checks availability and books the appointment based on the real length of each service and each professional. It changes or cancels it if needed. It reminds the client of the appointment and confirms it, and fills the slot if someone cancels. If it does not know something, it says so and passes the call on.
digafood: for restaurants and hospitality
In a restaurant, calls come in mid-service: bookings, changes of time, the menu, allergens. digafood takes several calls at once, with no queue. It checks availability by sitting and by dining room, and books, changes or cancels. It also takes takeaway and delivery orders and repeats them back to confirm them. If an allergen question needs the kitchen, it passes it to the team.
digamotor: for garages and dealerships
In a garage, calls come in while your hands are under a car. digamotor books workshop appointments based on the real workload and the type of job. It gives updates on the vehicle's status and the list prices, and sends notices about services, the ITV (Spain's MOT) and when the vehicle is ready. In automotive it also collects the details of anyone who wants to buy and leaves them in the CRM. It passes diagnoses on to the workshop.
digaclinic: for clinics and health centres
In a clinic, reception cannot take every call. digaclinic books the appointment based on the calendar of each practitioner, treatment room and type of treatment. It confirms the day before, offers a freed-up slot to the next person on the waiting list and answers questions about insurers, prices and how to prepare for tests. It has a clear limit: it does not diagnose, assess symptoms or give clinical advice. Emergencies and sensitive queries go to a person on the team.
digaliving: for estate agencies and property management
In an estate agency, prospects call while the team is out on viewings. digaliving identifies the property from the listing reference and qualifies by budget, area and timeframe. It books the viewing into a free slot of the agent who handles that property. It answers callers from abroad in their own language. It does not negotiate prices: that is always decided by a person. What changes for a business?
What changes is who answers, and what is left after each call.
Smoother operations. Calls no longer depend on who happens to pick up the phone. Booking or changing an appointment stops being an exception and becomes a process. With several locations, each keeps its own calendar and they all share one dashboard.
A team that is interrupted less. The AI receptionist takes on what is repetitive and what follows rules. The team focuses on the person in front of them and on the cases that call for judgement, empathy or negotiation.
Conversations that turn into learning. Every call stays in the dashboard with its reason. That way you can see why appointments are cancelled, what raises questions and what customers ask for right after a campaign.

What software does it connect to?
To the management software, CRMs and calendars the business already uses. The ones with a page of their own are in the table above and under integrations.
If the one you use is not there, heydiga assesses it as a custom development. And since integrations depend on the plan, check the pricing before you decide.
Where does heydiga fit?
It is your business's AI receptionist: it answers, books and keeps the dashboard up to date. It does not replace the team in anything that calls for professional judgement.
- For your sector, start with the product page: digalook, digafood, digamotor, digaclinic or digaliving.
- No lock-in and no change of number. The plans and the minutes are on pricing.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my number or my software?
No. You keep your number and your management software: you divert your phone and heydiga connects to your calendar. If you do not have a calendar, heydiga gives you one.
Does it handle WhatsApp too?
Yes: it uses the same assistant and the same information as on the phone, and it does not duplicate appointments across channels. Some features depend on the plan, so check the pricing.
Will the customer know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The AI receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start. If the customer would rather speak to someone on the team, it passes the call on.
Does it work outside opening hours?
Yes: it answers at night, at weekends and on public holidays, 24/7. With the business closed, the appointment is already in your calendar, and first thing in the morning the team can see what came in.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It says so and passes the call to a person on the team. It does not make up a price, opening hours or an appointment. Emergencies, sensitive queries and anything that calls for professional judgement always go to a person.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR. The security details are on each product's page, for example on digaclinic.
